AMEND USA to Collaborate on Lived Experience MEN1 Study
Help Shape the Future of MEN1 Care: Lived Experience Study Now Recruiting
AMEND USA is collaborating on a study exploring the experience of living with Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 1 (MEN1), and recruitment is now open! MEN1 can influence everyday life, family relationships, work, emotional well-being, decision-making, parenting, and the way people navigate long-term care. Historically, research has focused on topics that are easily measured and of interest to researchers and clinicians. This study aims to understand what it is really like to live with MEN1 directly from the people who experience it.
Your Experience Matters
By taking part in this study, you can help researchers and clinicians better understand the priorities, challenges, and experiences of individuals living with MEN1. Your participation can help future researchers and clinicians consider the issues that matter most to individuals living with MEN1.
Individuals meeting the following criteria are invited to enroll:
- Diagnosed with MEN1
- At least 18 years old
- Receiving MEN1 care in the United States
- Able to conduct the interview via Zoom
If eligible, we encourage you to consider participating and sharing your story! If interested, and for additional details, please contact info@amendusa.org
. Note: Participation is optional, and responses will remain confidential.
